with your majestic hands you created the earth
you drew it with a beautiful palette of colors
you made the universe your canvas
each stroke drawn with intention
each paint brushed with purpose.

look! The splendor of life he splurged us with
the pulsing life in our lungs
the vibrant life all around us
foliage wears a coat of many colors
who can miss the orange and purple?
the fiery red or lush yellow
we soak in the beauty of the mountains
a relevant weather for the sweater
make me a nice tea with honey
or a pumpkin spiced latte for some
the beauty of this world on a pilgrimage
